Dr. Winnet is so personable and not pushy but educational.Both my husband and myself wanted our hearing tested and yet uncertain if the hearing doctor indicated we needed a hearing product we’d want to do that or not.He was thorough with his exam and explanation of our results.Dr. Winnet gave us options and provided knowledge in the choices for hearing products IF we wanted to try them.He wasn’t pushing us to buy any product.We appreciated him.He is our audiologist from now on. Trust him.

Very impressed. Was loaned a pair of ReSound GN Vivia 960s to try for a couple of weeks. Instantly fell in love with those and ordered a pair. The difference between my old hearing aids (which were over 15 years old) and the Vivias was like night and day! These new hearing aids sound really good!!! I like that they are rechargeable. Eric was very professional and patient. He showed me how to install and use the app on my phone, went over the settings, and also how to clean them. Great experience, would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Winnett has been amazing. I can always get an answered call or a timely callback and he has been great to get me in. He is knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I would definitely recommend Alta View Audiology. My recent purchase of new hearing aids encountered some hiccups from the insurance company and Dr. Winnett was great responding to texts and working with me and my insurance to get my second set approved. He is always kind and patient and wonderful.
