I had an unpleasant experience with a previous hearing center so it took me quite a while to try again.I started going to Alta View Audiology 4 years ago and the experience was so much better.Dr. Winnett is the best! He explained everything to me about the why’s and the what’s and went over the different devices which helped me understand hearing loss much better. He listens to my concerns every time I go into his office. After wearing aids for about 3 years, they just didn't seem right. I came to Alta View for a new hearing test and to see why my aids seemed off. Even though they were not purchased there, I received great customer service, and much improved hearing from these aids with adjustments and a new mold that really did the trick. The company I purchased the aids from originally seemed only interested in the sale, and not the overall customer experience. It's hard to know what you should be getting out of the aids with a hearing loss, and it's hard to explain. Erek was attentive and listened and now I have something positive, and not just some amplified sound.

They were able to see me the day I called for a tubing change. Both Erek and Thailund are so friendly and helpful. What I really like is the knowledge they share and the accessories they have beyond hearing aids: hearing aid driers, blue tooth microphones, ear wax guards, ear plugs for different situations to help us preserve the hearing we still have, and retention cords so you won’t lose those hearing aids on your 4x4 or speed boat.
